Presented to a veteran member that has given of their time and talent to their home chapter, local chapters and /or the Maryland Jaycees during the administrative year. Their renewed interest and enthusiasm for the organization help to inspire those at all levels within the Maryland Jaycee organization. Qualifications: Any Regular member or Advisory member who has recently experienced a period of inactivity within the organization.
