SALISBURY — The Salisbury Jaycees bring the excitement of Churchill Downs to Wicomico County during a Kentucky Derby celebration 4:30 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at Green Hill Country Club in Quantico.

Tickets for the “Talk Derby to Me” party are now on sale. Admission is $15 per person, including two beers and hors d’oeuvres. A cash bar will be available. Festivities include horseshoes, raffles, a best-dressed contest and the 140^th Kentucky Derby simulcast live.

Only 50 tickets are available. Advance reservations are suggested. Admission is limited to those ages 21 and older. Proceeds benefit the Jaycees. Founded in 1940, the Salisbury Jaycees is a community service, social and leadership training organization for men and women ages 18-40. Meetings are 7 p.m. the third Monday of each month at the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce Business Center, 144 E. Main St.
